Lots of people milling around stands in a large room

Visit us at the Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival on Saturday 10 January 2026

We will be talking brain health and sharing information on clinical trial opportunities at the Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival at The Beach Ballroom in Aberdeen.

The event runs from 09:00 to 17:00 on Saturday 10 January and features over 60 health and wellbeing stallholders. Tickets are free and festival goers can talk to health experts, try out treatments and therapies, join activities and find out what support is available locally.

Our Scottish Brain Sciences team will be on stand 54 to talk to people about brain health and taking part in clinical research trials at our new Aberdeen site at One BioHub.

Dr. Sarah Gregory, who heads up our IONA cohort study, is also part of a panel session at 10:45 on the four pillars of health. She will be advising on simple lifestyle changes we can all make to maintain our brain health and cognition. Other panellists include a nutritionist and a leading Peleton instructor!
